Need some advice! Twins??

This is my 3D ultrasound from 23 weeks (I'm now 26w) and I'm the two pictures she looks completely different! The top she looks chunky with my my nose and the bottom looks skinny with my husbands nose. What do you think?!

There's literally no way they could miss twins at this point if you're having ultrasounds. When they're missed it's usually only on the very first scan at less than 12 weeks to confirm because they're only looking for one baby. Plus your OB would be hearing two heartbeats when they check.

My little boy looks different in every photo too. I think it's just the angle

No way they would't know if you had twins in there. The ultrasound is like a camera lens. The image depends of the focus and it it hard to focus through all the tissue and fluid. It's the same baby.
