How long until my HCG is back to normal?

So I suffered a miscarriage earlier this month at 9 weeks. I had a d&c about 3 weeks ago and it is still low (38).

Answer

It depends. My HCG went down incredibly slow when I had my MC. I have heard of women getting down to 0 in 3-4 weeks. Sorry for your loss. :(
