Wat would u do

I am cramping for bout a week and i am telling my self its ovulation cramps and i am starting to notice that when i lay on my stomach it hurts but it doesnt make sense cause this is the week i am ovulating so im not sure what it mean i have an appt the 6 of next month so im asking u guys is this normal at all
