HELP!! Vaginal Odor.... Won't go away!!!!I

So I have noticeable vaginal odor and don t have any sort of yeast infection or other infection nor do myself or my husband have any stds. I don't use douches since they can cause yeast infections but it won't go away!! I've taken pill antibiotics and it didmy do anthing.... ugh what can I do

I got antibiotics because I was sick at the time so it was like a 10 day supply of antibiotics
