I'm at my ending point

Next month it will be a year since my fiacne and I have been ttc. I got an ultrasound earlier this week to check my ovarian cyst which was 2cm I got my results back and my Dr said my ovaries look good, I'm still on my prenatles. So why haven't I been able to get pregnant? Im about to give up, I don't want to but it's so hard to keep trying when nothing happens. Plus the last fertile Window I've had I've been spotting, the first time I know was stress, this fertile window ive been spotting for almost a day. Im so confused, mentally drained, and i just dont know. I apologize in advance if this is the wrong topic for this group but I needed to open up. Thanks for any advice ladies.
