ovarian cysts every month?

So every month since I've stopped taking my birth control pills (due to unwanted side effects) I've been experiencing a sort of annoying, aching pain in my lower left belly. It usually happens right in the middle of my cycle. Also the pain usually brothers me just on one side of my lower belly. I made a doctors appointment to see what's going on, but I'm scared. Google has me thinking I'm going to need surgery 😂😂😭😭

It really depends on how big they're getting and how painful it gets. If it's the size of a softball you'll pryhave to get it removed but if it's the size of a penny you can get a medication to make it go away.

Cysts can be harmless or harmful. It's really best to go to a gyno and be checked.

However they might be eager to get you back on birth control.

What worked for me in this aspect and is all natural is ginger tea. Make a cup every day and it should help with the ovaries :)

I have those on both my ovaries.  They come and go with my cycle, but surgery isn't necessary unless they're really big.   It's a really common thing, and birth control helps regulate your hormones to make the cysts smaller.
