worried about my dog and baby

My baby is due in june. And right now my dog is super protective over strangers in his room or anywhere near me or my fiance. We're moving in march so it'll be a new space for him, i'm just so nervous about how he'll act towards the baby. Hes a year and a half and i dont know what to do to get him ready and i dont wanna get rid of my boy.
