Odd question
Ok so you know that feeling when you over work your muscles and you finally take a break and your muscles just feel super tired? I've been dealing with that for a few days now even though I'm not doing more than normal but it's the strongest just about my pelvic bone, anyone know why?? (I'm 17dpo) I'm sorry this sounds so wierd it's the only way I know how to explain it 😂
