severe sharp pain right side

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and twice now have had severe pain (sharp and burning) on my right side that radiates through my belly button down towards my pelvic area and in my back up my spine. Doctor checked for kidney stones and/or infection but found nothing conclusive. Anyone else go through something similar?? I thought maybe acid reflux or heart burn but doctor says no.
