Tomorrow I have my 6 week PP appointment. I was wonder what do they do when you go? Also I had a vaginal birth.
Do they check you down there?
Do they test to see if your pregnant ?
Do they give you Birth control ??

All they did for me was check to make sure I healed properly, asked about birth control, and asked questions to rule out postpartum depression.

If you're worried you might be pregnant they can do a pregnancy test, but since they instruct you to abstain for six weeks until you've been to your pp check they don't assume you're pregnant again. They do check your vagina and cervix to make sure you've fully healed, and discuss birth control options if you've not already done that.
