pumping tips?

Question

I can't get much out from a pump even when full! I feel like not all my ducts work together and I only get drips or a few squirts here and there! Any tips for emptying my breasts and opening more ducts?

Answer

I pump one breast at a time so I can apply pressure with my free hand. Also try playing around with the force of the pump. I've heard some ladies get more in the low setting than a high setting.
