kegals?!

Who does kegals? Does it help you. I dont know what the point is. But I know for a fact i dont have a problem with tightness.

I didn't do them. 2 weeks postpartum and never had any bladder problems during or after pregnancy.

I did keagles and I think they helped. I didn't have any type of urinary incontinence during or after pregnancy.

It will be most helpful after the birth, for future pregnancies and in old age to avoid incontinence. So def worth doing!

I do my kegel exercises religiously because since I've become pregnant I tend to leak a lot. 
I don't want to have this issue after the baby so hopefully kegels will work. Fingers crossed.

I did them before pregnancy just cause and sometimes I did it while pregnant and do not have any incontinece problems either
