A little help? 😓
Anyone who's currently working, that has ever been a stay at home mom for longer than 6months.. I have a quick question, after going back to work how did you cope with leaving your kids at a sitter or daycare to go work a full time job?
I've been a SAHM for almost a year now. I have a 6yr old daughter who goes to school full day & an almost two year old son! I love being home with my children! But I can't just have my boyfriend working long hours to provide for our family. He works in a roofing company, so he makes pretty good money! We live in the Chicago area, so when winter season comes his hours get cut. I want to go back to work so I can also contribute financially. But just the thought of leaving my children in the care of someone else while I'm at work is what's stops me!
Ps, I'd also thought about working third shift so I can be with my children during the day. I'm a certified medical assistant, so most jobs out there are mainly throughout the day..
Any advice? I'd really appreciate it.
