How to tighten and tone?

I'm only 113 lbs, so I'm definitely not trying to lose weight. I'm at a healthy weight for my height and age. But my legs are skinny, my butt is small, and my stomach constantly looks like I'm bloated. I HATE IT. I want to thicken up my legs, make my butt bigger, and flatten my belly. I've never worked out, so I don't even know where to start. Someone please help!
