Another cycle of disappointment.

This is my 3rd cycle post MMC with no luck. This month we took a break and just had fun... I shouldn't have been expecting much but I honestly kind of couldn't help but hope that my lack of attention to the matter would produce a miracle... of course it probably didnt. I never got a positive ovulation test this month. I'm monitoring because my luteal phase has been all over the place since my surgery. I switched to cheap amazon strip tests and I'm thinking I would have been better off sticking to clear blue. Overall, I'm a little down but hey, I'm gonna party like it's going to 1999 on NYE and start trying to get healthy in January. Maybe the weight-loss will be a good distraction to make things easier. Anyone have any post D&C success stories they can share? I'm hoping my body regulates soon enough.
