6w3d symptoms
So I'm 6w3d today and I'm feeling so lazy!!! I want to be active and do yoga but I can barely clean my room and get downstairs for food. All I want to do is sleep 😭 has anyone felt like this? I'm trying to be healthy and natural all 9 months and through delivery. I'm an organic and natural person however I crave hot cheetos every day lol. I want to stay active to relax my muscles for delivery so it's not painful. Any natural mommy's out there? I would love advice on what is good eat and drink.
My mom doesn't know yet because we are waiting for our first ultrasound to tell our family and she's on vacation and won't be back until next week. She would definitely tell me what to eat lol but in the meantime I would love advice from you mommy's 😘
