NST SCAN?

So last week I went to the hospital (Due to falling on my a** in the shower. Hit my tailbone pretty badly) baby was good I was ok. But they said I was below a 5 for fluids. (Extremely dangerous is what my OB said) & today at my appointment my OB said I will have to go weekly to do these NST Scans. To check for good fluids around the baby. I am 37 weeks tomorrow & I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this? I'm pretty nervous because she said if I don't have the fluids for the baby they might need to induce me.. has anyone been through this before?
