I've been searching for a new doctor and the doctor I went to see today came highly recommended. I WILL NOT be going back there he was so old and judgemental and literally pissed me off and hurt my feelings. He told me at first he didnt want to take me on as a patient because I'm "high risk" this is the first I'm hearing I'm high risk and he doesn't even have my medical records so I'm trying to figure out how he came to that assumption. He told me because I'm overweight I'm high risk and assumed I have high blood pressure and diabetes which I don't have either and never have. He also assumed I had a C section with my son and pretty much called me a liar when I said I had a normal, healthy vaginal delivery. Then he changed his mind about taking me on as a patient after telling me to STOP eating, which if he would have asked he would know I lost 13lbs in the 17wks I've been pregnant do to severe morning sickness and not being able to eat. He assumed I eat a lot of fast food and told me to only eat apples, celery and carrots if I ever get hungry and maybe a boiled egg and a piece of toast because that's sufficient enough. I'm beyond offended because he judged me based off my weight alone and doesn't even know me 😑😑. Sorry for the long post I just needed to vent. I'm just tired of the rude, judgemental, inconsiderate doctors where I live.
