fainting

I'm 19 weeks 3 days pregnant and I just fainted outside a supermarket. I was waiting in line to pay a the register and I (completely out of the blue) started getting blocked ears and the lady at the register started looking blurry and colours looking off. I walked straight outside while my partner continued to wait in line and when I got outside, I dropped to the ground and everything went white and I couldn't hear anything because it all sounded muffled and then started feeling like I was about to throw up (I didn't end up vomiting). I didn't completely black out but I'm kind of worried. Should I go to hospital? I don't have access to a 24 hour midwife or doctor. Btw, I had low blood pressure before pregnancy and have been in hospital for hyperemisis and low blood pressure during this pregnancy.
