Ttc with pcos

So I have pcos. It's horrible. Me and my fiancé have been having intercoarse for a while without protection and b.c. We haven't really been "trying" but not preventing it either. He had an accident at work which caused him to have TBI and needed brain surgery. Now that we are back on our feet and stable again we are defiantly trying for our miracle baby. We are wanting to try natural ways first without going the medical route. My question for you ladies is what are some good tips, foods, natural meds, or anything to conceive natural? His mind set is if we can't conceive natural then it's not meant for God to want us to have a baby. HELP!!! I only have 1. He has 3 so I know his sperm is good. Maybe it's my pcos?
