detailed dreams?

I find out if I'm pregnant on Tuesday, I'm 10dpo and still no signs of af. Last night I had shaky hands and very nauseous. I had some pretty bizarre detailed dreams last night just about random crazy stuff. Then I had a dream I took a pregnancy test and it was positive, which was weird. Tired of feeling weird I just want to know what's going on! Any of you ladies experienced this?

Did you take a pregnancy test? I think your body is telling you something. With my last pregnancy we were trying and one night I had a dream that I took the test and it was postive. When I woke up i immediately I took the test and it was postive😀
