Who struggles with in between pants sizes?

I'm usually a 7 or a 9.. my 7's don't fit in in the hips, but do in the thighs... my 9's fit in the hips but not the highs🙄

Try jeggings from Hollister! I know that may seem like a high school store but honestly that's the only place I'll ever buy my jeans until I can't anymore because they're soooo comfortable and the jeggings are basically jeans that have a stretch to them. Look like jeans 100% but feel like yogas in a way so they're tight. And also hollister jeans are always a little bigger in the waist so that way you can get your smaller size and they fit your waist and thighs! Just try some on! I bet Holluster is having their after Christmas sale right now too! Jeans for $24!
