Eating Issues

Is anyone suffering from an eating disorder called ARFID? It's an acronym for avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder,something like that. I've suffered through out the years from this disorder. I'm currently 26 1/2 weeks pregnant. I stopped smoking marijuana a couple of weeks ago because I tested positive for it and the doc told me if my son isn't negative, CPS would get involved. Anything for my babies and to keep those people out of our lives. I'm having trouble with eating, I eat once a day, if that. I feel like my doc or nurse are judgemental instead of asking why I was using pot in the first place. I've used pot in my past pregnancies. I have three children already by the way. All of them are beautiful and function very well in school and at home, in life in general. I'm not gaining weight like I did with my past pregnancies. My siblings have even mentioned that my belly is small. The doctors just make it seem all bad. BUT I NEED TO EAT!! Should I contact CPS myself and talk to them about concerns and what can happen if I don't stop? I love all of my babies and can't imagine any of them being taken away from me. Help!!
