Any other march mums suffering with SPD/PGP?? Pretty sure I'm suffering with a bit of siatica too 😭 how are you gals finding relief?

Yes, it's awful. Try keeping your legs together when getting out of bed or the car etc. There is not really much you can do other than taking it easy.

YES :(
   For nearly 5 weeks now. I thought it was all sciatic issues but upon further reading I think it's more SPD... or both, ugh. 
   My doctor referred me to a chriopractor which didn't make any huge improvements. I started going to physical therapy twice a week which has improved my state tremendously!! I started it being able to walk ten feet it was so bad, and now while there is still pain, I can function normally!  
    I also bought a belly band, and ice the side which acts up and is in pain frequently, and do simple and light stretches along with tennis ball rolls on my muscle. DM me for more thorough examples. I'm still in pain especially when I sleep, but nowhere near the debilitating pain I started with weeks ago.

Suffering from this since first trimester and I have been able to manage but still get incredible pain randomly/daily or when I have over done it.

Keep legs together
Don't push a trolley
No heavy lifting
Limit stair climbing
Use pillow between legs
Ice when sore
I do pilates and chiro and myotherapy
Wear a Serola Belt
Don't empty dishwasher
Sit down to put pants on
Don't stand on one leg

I find cooking really makes me sore... like a meal that take time to prepare.
That slight lean over the bench make me very sore

Yes yes yes. I thought at first I overstretched in Pilates and it would heal. That was a month ago and it hurts to lift a leg to put on pants. It hurts when I stand up from sitting or lying down. I can deal with the current pain as long as it does NOT get worse! 27 weeks + 5 days right now
