OPK Help Please?!

Question

So I have an itregular schedule due to PCOS and My cycle is 7 days long and between 56-65 days long. I am currently on Cd46 and started taking opks about a werk aho. They've all needed the full processing time to give me a super faint test line which I take as a negative. I took one today and I got a test line in the first 30 seconds.

This picture was snapped after the full processing time was allowed. Does this mean I will ovulate soon?? Glow has my FW starting tomorrow. I'm so lost with OPKs :P

Hubby and I have BD already today.

It's not positive yet but start testing twice a day. It detects a surge, not actual ovulation.

Opks should have 2 lines a control line and a test line. To be positive the test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line. I tested once a day with fmu. Here's my progression pic, bottom is positive. Hope this helps.
