My fiancées sister suggested that I take vitamin E pills along with using the lotion that I've been using (palmers stretch mark cream I think is what it's called). I know that most of it has to do with genetics, and I'm not trying to find a cure for stretch marks lol. Just a way to lessen them. I'm drinking water. (Or trying to, I hate the way it tastes 😖) and using lotion and coconut oil. I bought the bottle of vitamin e and just want to know if it's safe to take.
