I need some advice....(long post)

Jordan

So, long before finding out that we were expecting we got a dog....and one thing leads to another and now we have FOUR. These aren't small dogs either. These are 90lb canines who still won't listen and behave after all turning 3 years old.

My issue is my fiancé. He doesn't understand the issue with 4 dogs. They don't want to listen to me, I'm constantly cleaning up after their dog hair and slobber and being an active family who camps, we can only ever take 2 dogs with us somewhere at a time or else things get out of hand quickly. I love dogs...I have had them my whole life and I always told myself I'd never get rid of an animal, but this is too much. I'm home all day with them now and it's so stressful...I get up and they all want to get up and follow me, plus my fiancé does not reinforce the training I've tried to give them so it's already a zoo around my house.

Needless to say I'm stuck in a situation that I don't know how to solve. My fiance is so adamant that we do not get rid of any dogs, but at the end of the day I'm going to be here 90% of the time alone with 4 dogs and a new baby. I need him to understand that humans should come before canines and just get rid of 2 of our dogs. I can imagine some of the challenges that are going to arise already and it's stressing me out and keeping me up at night. Does ANYONE have some advice or something I can say to convince him that we NEED to get rid of a few dogs? I can't handle the stress!!
