So uncomfortable

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and 1 day... I had sex tonight and he did it inside me. usually I'm okay with it but tonight I'm so uncomfortable for some reason, I kinda swelled up and it was burning it's slowing down now and doesn't hurt as bad but I'm so confused why this happened. this is the first time I've been pregnant, is it something to do with the baby? or just me?
