I've been seeing quite a few weight loss posts asking the wrong things.
LADIES, pills are no bueno, waist trimmers are no bueno. Anything that claims to magically, yet some how "scientifically" burn fat will NOT make you lose weight, but can harm you instead.
My lovelies, self discipline is the key. I promise! You have to make yourself eat healthier, and you have to make yourself get off that couch and do some kind of exercise! It's not expensive. You don't need a gym or lots of money for healthier food.
Enjoy nature a little more. Go outside and walk or run at your own pace. Do push-ups and sit-ups inside. Find a tree to attempt some chin ups! Go hiking even! Swimming in the summer is a great exercise as well. There are SOO many ways to work out in your home, your yard or local park. Exercise with your own pace to best fit your goals. STAY HYDRATED... Meaning more water. Preferably more than one glass of it. Instead of buying all that junk food when grocery shopping, get that healthy stuff to take its place. Maybe purchase a healthy cook book to help you prepare your meals and snacks. Don't over buy. Just get the foods you need that leads you to your goal. YOU HAVE TO DO THESE THINGS YOURSELF if you want REAL results.
It is optional that you purchase small weights or other exercising equipment, but you don't need it. I currently use a sweet sweat waist garment that doesn't make me lose weight magically, but causes me to sweat more in my belly area when running. Every woman wants to look her best and feel confident, and we have to work for it. We are all beautiful no matter what size, but most of us aren't happy with the way we look. We have to have self discipline to get the results we want; to get that figure we desire. It will NEVER magically happen unnaturally.
