any advise

I believe to have been 2 to 3 weeks pregnant... i started bleeding at work today almost like a period with cramps i had to leave thinking I was experiencing a miscarriage :/  I will be going to the doctor in the morning to see what's going on or what happen but I'm pretty sad rn considering I had a miscarriage 3 months ago and it could possibly be happening again... any comments
