Just started having cramps? really scared 😳 7 wks 4 days

Question

I just started having cramps like 15 mins ago the first 2 were like strong period cramps and since then I've only been having my normal small ones that I get when my uterus is stretching. Haven't felt anything like the first 2 since I got pregnant and I'm really worried I'm going to miscarry.. no bleeding or anything. Please let me know what you think or if you've experienced this. Thanks 🙏

When I miscarried six months ago mine were HEAVY and painful for a few hours before I started bleeding. I'm talking full on period cramps. I knew what was going on. So I think it's safe to say you're okay for now as long as you don't start bleeding. DO NOT take any meds or use heat to subside cramps. First of all you want to keep track of them. Secondly heat can cause miscarriage because your baby is always 1 degree warmer.  So if you're at 99 baby is at 100. If you get more concerned head to the doctors. Good luck!
