4 weeks c section pain

I had my c section four weeks ago. The pain was getting better each day and then last week I started to have some pain again. Last night the pain became very sharp in my left side right above my incision. It also became painful to the touch which it hasn't been. It seems to hurt most when touching it, sitting (bending at all) , laughing, etc. Should I be concerned?

Doctors office is closed until Monday of course and husband wants to take me to the urgent care potentially but I don't wanna go if unnecessary.
