4 faint BFP's followed by 1 digital BFN 3 days later 😩

Let me start by saying I have not had a real period since my mirena came out- I had a period every month the last 2 years on it. I got it out Nov 14 and spotted for a couple of days 3 days after the removal is when that started. I had a negative qualitative blood test the wed before Christmas, but the Wednesday following (12/28) I had 4 BFP's. This morning  I got a BFN on a frer digital. I need help!
