I bookmarked the post and then it was gone. Did anyone ever see an update?

Some girl posted pictures of the backseat of her boyfriends car with blood smeared in it asking for advice as to whether he cheated or not. 
Everybody freaked out and thought he killed somebody lol. But the chick never put an update, and tons of people were worried and curious about it, because days went by without response and then it was gone.

It didn't look like a murder or anything. There wasn't enough blood.
The most reasonable conclusion was period sex with another female. 
But, nobody is sure.
