To adjust or not to adjust???

Question

When charting your bbt, do y'all adjust if you take it later than usual? I'm confused by all the opinions out there. So I thought I'd ask all y'alls opinions so I can be even more confused!!! 😂

If I take it much later than normal then I use a BBT converter (google it) to adjust it. It seems to be pretty accurate and that way you don't have a missing day in your chart.

If I didn't take mine within 20 minutes each day, I wouldn't even record it because it's invalid and you wouldn't be able to see temp shifts.
