Could this be a chemical pregnancy????

I posted earlier this week (26th) with very faint positives, tested everyday since and all been positive but not getting any darker.

Started cramping last night and had some bleeding this morning 😥 could this be a chemical pregnancy???

I had a miscarriage in October I was 11 weeks and it was very traumatic I lost alot of blood and had to be rushed into hospital for a blood transfusion I don't know if I can deal with this all again, I feel like giving up with it all (my partner is supportive I just feel like I'm annoying him with all my testing and tracking etc)
