Question

So today I was talking to some friends and I was explaining how back in the day in high school I used to work-out and weight lift but ever since I got married ive become lazy and can't seem to find the motivation to work-out anymore.. One of my friends laughed and said "you talk like your 4 years old" Now that I think about it I'm just like why would she say that? I really don't know why she said it... Do u guys have an idea maybe..
