It's such a small amount of metal I wouldn't worry. I was stopped one time for the underwire in my bra. Unbelievable. They just did a quick little pat down which was awkward considering the traveling companions I had. But it was no biggie and it was over and done in 30 seconds. I was patted down by a woman although she looked like she might take out most men with one punch. If anything they'll probably think it's your bra and just do a little scoop under your boobs.

I leave my belly rings in and have my nose ring in. Never have had an issue. Also have never been asked to take off my necklaces either. You'll be fine.

I had the same concerns! Hahaha, I have mine done with barbells in and no, it didn't set anything off.
