When do babies usually start smiling for real? Not in their sleep. Like actually reacting to you by smiling? FTM

My little one smiled for the first time at 4 weeks and laughed at 6.5 weeks, although she's only laughed on about 3 occasions so far (nearly 8 weeks now). I get the biggest smiles when I'm changing her nappy, she finds it hilarious!
