I think I'm having another miscarriage

I had a miscarriage and D&C in October when I was 10 weeks along. I ended up getting pregnant again quickly. I got my period exactly 28 days after the D&C and got pregnant again during that cycle. I'm currently 6 weeks along with my rainbow baby but I think I'm losing this baby too. I woke up this morning with a little spotting. It's gotten a little worse throughout the day and the bleeding has increased a bit and I have light cramps. I haven't confirmed with the doctor yet because it's the weekend, but I just don't have a good feeling about what's happening.

My last miscarriage was terrible. My body went into labor like contractions trying to pass the baby. Have any of you had a natural miscarriage at 6 weeks? I'm just wanting to know what to expect.
