Sore throat and cold symptoms during pregnancy?!

I have 3 days with a sore throat, and although iv been doing all the remedies it seems to be getting worse since it hurts to swallow. I went to a urgent care and they said I don't have a fever or strep and that all they can give me is Tylenol.

What can I take, that is natural? Does this affect baby?

This happened to me. Urgent care told me I had to wait it out and I got worse. Two weeks later I had a high fever, could barely swallow and felt SO weak. My regular doctor prescribed me antibiotics and I am finally feeling better. If you don't feel any better in the upcoming week, make a regular doctors appointment!

I've been having drainage which causes a bit of a sore throat and I'm taking Robitussin. My doctors office gave me a long list of medications that are safe to use.
