TTC with PCOS

This is my first post...I'm just curious about the experience other people have had with PCOS and trying to get pregnant. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Thursday I had to go to the ER and thought I was having a miscarriage or something, but turns out I'm not pregnant and had a painful ovarian cyst burst. I would love to hear about other experiences and any advice on TTC or on helpful treatments for PCOS symptoms.
