How often do you poop?

I've always pooped like once every 2 weeks. I'm always bloated. What's wrong with me?

You need fiber and water in your life! That's not good you should be pooping at least once everyday or once every two days

Whoa! Once every two weeks is NOT ENOUGH. Get some more fiber in your diet, my favorite way to eat fiber is by eating dates. Take the pit out of the dates, fill the space with peanut butter and you have a delicious, sweet and protein AND fiber filled snack. I usually eat 4-5 dates a day and I almost always need to poop within a few hours of eating them.
Also, drinking a warm beverage in the morning at the same time every day can help move your bowels along. Our bodies rely on patterns to let it know when it's time to do things like eat, sleep and poop. Keeping a regular schedule every day will help your body to establish normal routines.

Wow.. never knew people were so different in that area. I go at least once in the morning and sometimes later on in the day too. I dont think I ever go a day without... is that one of the wonderful extras that comes with pregnancy? Maybe I will enjoy not being pregnant while I can!

Fiber, water, exercise. Normal healthy ppl pooh once every day, usually around 9am (that's when our inner clock is set on poohing).

I suggest Benefiber. You really can't taste it, and if you take it the same time every day, you will go the same time every day. I'd take it before bed, and then have to go right when I got home from school the next day. It worked amazingly well. I have a very restricted diet thanks to an eating disorder, so I've had constipation issued my entire life.  I swear by this stuff
