feeling blah

Does anyone just feel unpretty with pregnancy? I was so looking forward to glowing and a cute bump. Instead being 5'2 I have a very low lying baby. Horrid stretch marks and I just can't even find any beauty in this. It's bringing me down. I've always wanted to do a belly maternity shoot but don't want to now because of the stretch marks and just how I look. I feel like I look so tired every day :(
