Pumping and storing

Hi i just used my pump for the first time. I got 1.5 oz. From one side. Can i keep it in the bottle until i pump more tomorrow morning and pour it all into one storage bag? Should i pump both sides at the same time or wait 3 hours? Or can i pump the other side in 3 hours and add it to what i have now and put it all in one bag and then put it in the freezer? Id like to have 4oz in one bag. Btw im 2w pp. Thank you💖😎🌟
