bleeding from rectum while pregnate😰

I'm 27 weeks pregnate and for this past week I've noticed small amounts of blood in my poop and after I wipe. I've checked to make sure it wasn't from my vagina. But today I woke up pooped and there's clearly lots of blood in the toilet water and poop and after I wipe. I've read about hemroids but it does hurt at all. My doctors office is closed today. Should I go into the emergency room or what??
