When do you start to wean your baby? Any tips on what to start feeding them first? Ftm here xxx

We started at 6 months and we've followed baby led weaning so she's basically got a version of whatever we've got and she chooses what she likes and doesn't (she likes everything though 😂). First things we ever gave her were banana, cucumber and avacado. She eats things like this with her hands. Anything puréed or sloppy we give her from a spoon but we always make sure she has things she can pick up and feed herself with too. She loves toast with smooth reduced salt/sugar peanut butter and pitta bread with humous. She will eat pretty much anything though, we threw her in at the deep end with flavours and she seems to be thriving on it, she's 9 months now and just has whatever we have without added salt.
