TMI!! HELP LITTLE WORRIED!

Would you mind giving me your opinions on this?
Its my first baby, took 2 1/2 years to conceive.
No pain, no cramps....i am 5 weeks & 5 days?
*UPDATE* so gradually yesterday the spotting got less & less & this morning nothing. I will continue to keep an eye obviously but for now seems to be gone.
Have an early scan Friday so praying all is ok.
I have really appreciated peoples time to reply, thank you this app is so good for that xxx
