Can you get positive opks around the same time every month with a regular cycle and have Basal body temperatures that indicate ovulation and STILL not really be ovulating?  All of my "fertile signs" have indicated that I ovulate every single month and both hubby and I have been checked out by fertility docs this year with good results but now we are going on 13 months of TTC.
