I've been meaning to get more fit..

Recently I've been meaning to become more healthy... there's just one problem. I'm allergic to just about everything healthy. I'm allergic to most fruits other than the melons; watermelon, cantalope, and honeydew. And almost all vegetables make me sick. So just trying to eat better is out of the question when you're allergic to almost everything. I've been trying to go to the gym but I don't have a ride there, and since I don't have my own car or money to give someone for gas money, I'm stuck at home. I just need simple things that might help me lose weight that I can do at home. I'm absolutely clueless. I should probably add that the only reason I'm so concerned is because I just recently got engaged and I haven't given myself out to him yet because I'm a firm believer in waiting. But I have extremely bad self confidence issues and I don't want to make him wait for something he's been wanting for months just because I can't stand to see myself naked. I also want to look absolutely glamorous in my wedding gown, which I haven't even started shopping for yet because I just hate the way I look. I want to start with small goals and work my way up. My first goal is 50 pounds. (My overall goal is to lose 210 pounds so I've got a way to go.) Thank you in advance for your advice!!
